"Souvent comparés à Thee Oh Sees, pour leur rock psychédélique noyé dans la reverb, Cosmonauts font le lien entre rock garage et shoegaze en gonflant leur son de décibels saturés et de riffs de guitares cinglants. Bruitistes mais pas du genre à se planquer derrière un mur de bruit blanc, Cosmonauts possèdent une solide assise rock'n'roll qui leur confère une dynamique garage presque punk et leur ouvre des horizons mélodiques (ces lignes de guitare psychédéliques !). On pense au 13th Floor Elevators ("Electric Chemicals"), à Spacemen 3 ("Stephanie"), au Velvet Underground des débuts, aux fabuleux Epsilons... The Florence based new psychers will take you on a musical kaleidoscopic journey made of colours and space voices on flowing waves.
